Privacy policy

The data controller is Merot DOOEL Skopje (hello@shik.mk).

What we collect

• Clients: name, phone number, chosen messaging channel, the history of appointments at the salon where you booked, and the device on which you allowed notifications.
• Salons: business details, staff, services, photos, invoices and sign-ins.
• Visitors: anonymous statistics on views and calls per profile (no tracking cookies).

Why

• To book, confirm and remind you of the appointment; the legal basis is the performance of the contract.
• To prevent abuse (confirming the number with a code).
• To give salons an overview of their clients. A salon only sees the clients who booked with it.

Who we share with

• Infobip (Viber, WhatsApp, SMS), Expo and Apple/Google (notifications), Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt (hosting and photos). The data is not sold.

How long

• Appointments are kept for as long as the salon has an active profile; confirmation codes for 10 minutes; logs for 30 days.

• Access, correction, deletion and objection: write to hello@shik.mk, or reply STOP to any message to stop marketing messages.
