Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to book?+
No. You confirm your phone with a code and the appointment is booked. You can create an account if you want to see all your appointments and favourite salons in one place.
How much does booking cost for clients?+
Nothing. You only pay for the service at the salon, at the price on its price list.
How do I cancel or change an appointment?+
With the link in the confirmation or the reminder. Each salon has its own cancellation deadline, which you see before you book.
What if the salon doesn't take online bookings?+
Its page has a call button. Salons on the Starter plan take bookings by phone.
Is my data safe?+
We use your phone number only for the booking confirmation and reminders. We don't sell it and we don't send ads.
