Is Starter really free?+
Yes, forever. The profile, photos, price list and call button cost nothing. You only pay if you want online booking.
Do you take a commission on bookings?+
No. We never take a percentage of a booking or of a new client. You pay a fixed monthly price.
How do I pay?+
We issue an invoice monthly or yearly, and you pay it by bank transfer. We don't ask for a card.
Can I cancel or change my plan?+
Yes, at any time from the settings. The plan runs until the end of the paid period, and your data, clients and photos stay.
My salon is already on Shik. What do I do?+
Find it and claim it for free. You confirm with a code sent to the phone number on the profile and then edit it as your own.
What happens if I use up my SMS?+
Reminders continue. Each extra SMS costs 3 MKD on the next invoice. Push and Viber reminders are not charged.
